Architectural Review Board
The Architectural Review Board is charged with reviewing construction plans and working with each developer to craft a plan that meets the goals of the
City. The ARB strives for a unique and attractive look in Ridgeland that incorporates the quality of development of a larger city while maintaining a small
town atmosphere. High quality standards of construction, attractive landscape materials, and overall aesthetic appeal are important for all renovations,
additions, and new construction in Ridgeland.
All projects involving proposed construction, alteration, demolition, or relocation of any resource are subject to Architectural Review Board review
with the exception of interior arrangements of buildings and structures. All plans shall be submitted to the Community Development Department
for City Staff Review prior to being placed on the agenda to go before the Architectural Review Board.
ALL PLANS MUST BE RECEIVED, REVIEWED, AND APPROVED BY THE CITY STAFF NO LATER THAN
THE FRIDAY BEFORE THE NEXT SCHEDULED ARB MEETING IN ORDER TO MAKE THE AGENDA.
