Code Enforcement
The Codes and Enforcement division assesses violations of city and state statutes, educates violators, and works with them to mitigate.
For violators who will not comply with the law, they will be turned over to the legal system.
The City of Ridgeland is divided into 20 Code Enforcement Areas.

Need to find the ordinances?
Go to City Ordinances to obtain a copy of the City’s ordinances. The most commonly
used ordinances are the 2006 Property Maintenance Code w/ Amendments and the Zoning Ordinance w/ Amendments.
