Neal Sworn In As Ridgeland Police Chief

John Neal was sworn in by Mayor Gene McGee on July 1, 2015 as the Ridgeland Police Chief. Neal had most recently served the Ridgeland Police Department as Lieutenant of the Criminal Investigations Division, and he has worked for the Ridgeland Police Department for almost 27 years. Neal was appointed by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen on May 19 to begin his new position after Randy Tyler retires as Police Chief on June 30.
