Adult Softball (Men)

Spring softball leagues for men are a great way to enjoy some serious game time with your league or simply the camaraderie of your coworker and church group. Open leagues, for the more serious player, have a six homerun limit. Commercial leagues, with a three homerun limit, offer local businesses an opportunity to build relationships with coworkers, get some exercise and enjoy playing the game. Church leagues are available for men’s church groups to play softball and enjoy fellowship.

The leagues will be open to the first 24 teams in each division. ASA sanction rules will be in play for the leagues. We will offer 10 to 12 games for each league. All games are played at Freedom Ridge Park. Call the office by April for registration information.

Flag Football

Ridgeland's Flag Football program has been growing for the past 10 years with more than 350 boys and girls, ages 6 to 9, participating in the program. Flag football builds hand-eye coordination as well as teamwork skills and teaches the basic fundamentals of football.  This program is an excellent opportunity for physical exercise and social interaction.  Registration for Ridgeland's Flag Football program occurs in late July through mid-August.  Games are on Tuesdays at Freedom Ridge Park during September, October and November.
