UPCOMING CHRISTMAS EVENTS IN THE CITY OF RIDGELAND

RIDGELAND, MS– The City of Ridgeland is set to usher in the holiday season with a festive two-day celebration on Thursday, December 5, and Friday, December 6, 2024. The schedule of events includes: 

  • December 5th at 6:00 p.m.: Christmas Tree Lighting at the Plaza at Old Town Crossing 
  • December 6th at 6:00 p.m.: Christmas Parade through Old Town 
  • December 6th at 7:30 p.m.: Christmas on the Green at Ridgeland City Hall 

As Ridgeland celebrates its 125th anniversary, this year’s holiday theme, “All is Merry, All is Bright,” adds extra cheer to the festivities. 

Residents can also take part in the holiday spirit by sending letters to Santa! A special Santa Mailbox will be available for children’s letters from November 30 through December 14. The mailbox will be located on the north side of Ridgeland Green in front of City Hall.
