RIDGELAND’S CHRISTMAS TREE RECYCLING PROGRAM

RIDGELAND, MS – The Ridgeland Recreation and Parks Department will provide a Christmas Tree Recycling Program after Christmas. You may drop your tree off at Freedom Ridge Park, located at 235 West School Street. Please follow the signs to the drop-off area.

Program details:

  • Please do not place your tree in a bag.
  • Trees must be bare. All lights, ornaments, stands, and nails MUST be removed, or they will not be picked up.
  • Trees will be picked up from December 27 through January 5.
  • Local fishermen are encouraged to come by and pick up trees for fish habitat.
