Emergency Medical Response
The fire department provides primary care and stabilization for people with any injury or illness requiring immediate medical attention. Pafford Ambulance Service provides secondary care and patient transport to area hospitals. All firefighters are also trained as either EMT’s or paramedics in order to provide high quality Basic Life Support or Advanced Life Support care.

Hazardous material leaks and spills, including strange odors
Electrical hazards, such as power lines down or arcing/shorted electrical equipment
Vehicle accidents with leaks, spills, or other hazards
Buildings or other structures weakened or collapsed
Acts of terrorism, or other man-made disasters
