Sr. Adult Programs
Our mission is to provide a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment where adults over 50 can come to participate in activities to enhance their physical, mental and emotional well-being.
All programs are located in the Ridgeland Recreational Center at Old Trace Park unless stated otherwise.
Our programs include: Group Exercise Classes, Seated & Standing Yoga, Martial Arts, Tap Dancing, Seasonal Craft Workshops, Pickleball, Bridge, Bingo, Garden Club, Art Workshops, Annual Valentine’s Luncheon, and Mayor’s Fun Walk events & more!

Special Events
- Senior Adult Valentine Luncheon
Delicious food, flowers and music, friends and fun await you. Our luncheon is a big draw for seniors across the metro area. Ridgeland Recreation and Parks offers this special event every year the week before Valentine’s Day.
- Mayor’s Fun Walk
A favorite event of local senior adults, the Mayor’s Fun Walk, includes a walk with the Mayor , health information, demonstrations and entertainment. This event is held in October. Click here for Registration Form.
