Keep Ridgeland Beautiful
Originally the city beautification committee, the Keep Ridgeland Beautiful (KRB) affiliate, was established in 2014 through a rigorous certification process by Keep America Beautiful. KRB, an official City of Ridgeland committee, is dedicated to preserving and enhancing the natural beauty of our community. KRB serves as a local affiliate of Keep America Beautiful and Keep Mississippi Beautiful, promoting environmental stewardship, litter prevention, recycling, and community beautification initiatives.
Through volunteer service, educational outreach, and collaborative partnerships, KRB transforms public spaces, supports pollinator habitats, and encourages residents and businesses to take pride in keeping Ridgeland vibrant, welcoming, and environmentally responsible. From wildflower fields and public art to neighborhood cleanups and recognition programs, Keep Ridgeland Beautiful reflects Ridgeland’s strong commitment to sustainability, civic pride, and community engagement.
Mission Statement:
Keep Ridgeland Beautiful’s mission is to inspire, lead, and educate the community in litter reduction, recycling, and beautification, for a clean and green community.
